Delete your account and data

Request deletion without signing in. An administrator will verify ownership using your account email before deleting your account and associated personal data.

This includes account information, AI conversations, uploaded files and personal information in operational records. Any specific legal or safety retention obligation will be explained by support, including the data retained and the applicable period. This is a request, not immediate deletion.

Your email will be shared with the LiftSmart administrator to process this request.

You can also request deletion by emailing enquiries@csafetysolutions.co.za from your account email. No password is needed.
